Beauty also has a practical side. The main ranch operations are separated from the Residential Compound by a quarter mile of private all weather road. Along with livestock facilities a historic Ranch Manager home serves as the command post for the ranching or equestrian activities.

The imposing 44,000 sq. ft. clear-span steel barn/arena features 27 stalls, two tack rooms, kitchen, office, restroom, and viewing stands.  Extensive 4" pipe runs allow for plenty of safe exercise for the stalled horses and irrigated pastures provide good grass and sunshine.

The working area has an extensive pipe coral system with electronic scales and hydraulic squeeze.  The steel loading ramp is well designed for ease of livestock movement and sturdy enough to stand the test of time.  The pole barn will easily store 1000 tons of hay and is will located for ease of handling.

The 3000 sq/ft three story Ranch Manager home began its life in the 1800's as a stage stop. Modernized in good taste, this second home sits beneath tall heirloom trees surrounded by wide, grassy lawns. This area provides privacy and security for the owners and is the perfect place to survey your land holdings and take in the awe inspiring view.
